Good Place with Best Price!
Good location, good breakfast, and nice staff. I also got the very special price from booking.com. Hav checked several online booking site, and her eis the cheapest and very good price.
The smell of the smoke in the lobby. The cafe in lobby dominated by smoking guess, and the smell is teribly reach the main lobby.

Provide more non-smoking rooms as else where in the world !!
Dlx rooms are big & comfy. Hot shower worked well. Breakfast provided very good & tasty.. this is really a bonus.. Hotel with good quality & value for money.
Checked in 45min as they couldn't provide non-smoking rooms requested 2 weeks before. Finally managed but not in the same building! 1 lift broken, 2 very small lifts were not working properly!

i really have bad experiance to stay in this hotel. Starting when i arrived, no concierge to help take your luggage, i have 5 luggage in that time but nobody help me to put it down from taxi, they have security in the door, but not helpfull, after i put all down,they just call bellboy to help., when i do check in, they cant find my reservation. it need around 10-15 minutes to doing check in process. i think for Indonesian passport, its better you use ID Card, i think it will be faster. Reception also didnt give you respect when you speak english with them, lucky i didnt use other language to comunicate with them. OMG!!! After check in, it take around 10 minutes for bellboy to deliver my luggage to your room, its also after you calling them to push sent to your room. Guest Service and Duty Manager it is not fast response, it need 30 minutes to call them to come to your room when you have problem. Excuse me, im calling around 7-8 PM, where is the people?Are they going home already??? For Housekeeping, on my last day staying there, i think they change my bedsheet with dirty one!!!!!!!!!!! its better you dont need to change the bedsheet!!!! its really dirty!!!! please check your bedsheet before you go to sleep, maybe it will hapend to you also. For room, you cant get more water for your room, they will ask you to pay. For operator, its difficult to comunicate with them, they cant speak english at all. and also when you call them, it take like 5 minutes till somebody answers your call. This hotel, i think really need to learn again. if something emergency happend, i dont know what will be happent to you!!!
